Limited Telephone Support

With limited telephone support, you can choose the number of incidents or incident packs that you would like phone support for during a specified period. Calls in excess of the stated limit will be charged at specified rates. Contact support at: Tel US: +1 678 306 4110, India: +91 (80) 40602600.

Email Support

Email support provides you with assistance via email for the specified service period. We recommend this option if your support needs are not mission critical or if you need exhaustive, well documented support. Forward all your issues to support@skelta.com.
