Selecting the Filter Criteria

To view the reports you must first specify some filtering criteria to select the workflows for which to view reports as well as the type of report. You can set these criteria in the Report View - Master Level Selection: screen, which is the first report screen to be displayed.

To select the Filtering Criteria for the Report to be generated.

1.  In the Report View - Master Level Selection: screen, select the Application name for which you want to view the reports from the Application Name drop down.

2.  Next, select the Workflow name from the Workflow Name drop down.

Note Reports can be viewed only for one application at a time. But for each application more than one workflow can be selected to view the reports.

3.  From the Report Type drop down, select the type of report you wish to display.

The drop down lists the following options – Detailed Report, Analyze Workflows, Graphical Analysis, as well as Summary Report, which groups the options Workflow Summary, Action Summary, and Resource Summary .

4.  After selecting a report type click the Proceed>> link to view the next screen.
