To control the execution of a Workflow.

1.  In the Report Type dropdown of the Report View - Master Level Selection: screen, select the Detailed Reports option and click on the Proceed>> link. Next, in the Report View: Query Builder screen, build a query and click the Show Report button to open the Report View: Report Data View screen.

Alternatively, you can select the Analyze Workflows option and open the Report View: Analyze Workflows screen.

2.  In either of the above screens, click on the View link in the Graphical View column in any row of the report.

This displays the graphical view of the workflow execution corresponding to the selected workflow in a new browser window. You can find the workflow control buttons at the top of this screen.

3.  In the graphical view, click on the pause button- , to pause the selected workflow.

4.  To restart the paused workflow, click the restart button- .

5.  To completely stop the execution of the workflow, click the stop button- .

6.  To refresh the display to show the most current view of a running workflow, click the refresh button- .
