In this section, you are going to learn how easy it is to create a workflow process.

1. Open the Process Designer screen.
2. Click on the action(s) to be added to the Workflow process. The Process Designer displays the Start action by default.
3. Configure the properties for the action(s) in the Properties pane. Click Save to save the newly configured properties.
4. Click on the Link action. In the Link window that pops up, create a link in the Workflow process by specifying the 'From Action' and the 'To Action'.
5. Click on the Deploy tool on the Tool bar to deploy the workflow design once it is complete. Deploy the workflow as a new version for the first time and for subsequent times deploy it as an existing version or a new version.
6. Once the workflow process is designed, it can be executed.

To modify an existing workflow process design, open it in the Process Designer. Then modify the process by adding or removing actions, changing action properties or modifying the links to change the flow. After making the necessary changes, deploy the workflow process using the appropriate version.
