Hi there,

I’m trying to make an update of several data from one to another list item. The destination item has to be a new item, created at the moment.

Sometimes, the update Action gives an error and don’t update or update it but replace an existing item (see the attach image).  

Throughout the process, there is also needed to update the same item with new information. However, when I have several processes running at the same time, only updates some items and the others no. I used the action list Navigator to find the item(s) I need update, through the identification of a particular column item.

Can anyone explain me why this it’s working well sometimes and other isn't, and why means the error?
