Hi,

Please login to Enterprise Console.

·         On Navigation Pane on Left Side select Settings -> Queue.

·         Give a name  and description for Queue.

·         Add Participants to the Queue

·         GoTo third tab and set Rule for Allocation[Automatic or Manual] and click on Update button below.

·         Now you can see the Queue listed for assignment for human activities.
