| | My skelta license has just expired during a session and now will not let me input a new license key (keeps saying license is invalid when it isn't) The previous license has been deactivated josh |

| Hi Josh,
You cannot activate a license which has already expired. However can you please try the Manual activation with the new key as given below. If this does not work it means there are some license restriction with your key, Support team should be able to help you.
To activate the license manually, do the following:- Open the command prompt and go to the [SkeltaInstalledFolder]\BPM.NET 2007\Bin\ folder.
- Type LicenseManager.NET2 /serial:<serial key> /app:<Product code> and press <Enter>. The appropriate code corresponding to the Developer Edition, Professional Server Edition or Advance Server Edition must be specified depending on the product license being activated.
- Next type LicenseManager.NET2 and press <Enter> to execute the command. This will create two new files named Skelta BPM.NET 2007 - <Product name>.Lic and Skelta BPM.NET 2007 - <Product name>.LicActivation.
- Simultaneously, the activation window also pops up. Click on the Activate Now button in this window to activate.
- Wait till you get a message confirming successful activation.
- If the activation fails, follow the procedure for Email Activation or contact Skelta Support.
