| Hi there,
I started having this problem and I have no idea of what is going on.
I am currently unable of doing anything in skelta.

| As soon as I start the services this error will show.
Also, if I try to open a workflow in process designer I will get the "Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: 'Start' Key being added: 'Start' " error.
Additionally I found that if I try to open a workflow in BAM the following error will occur, I'm not sure if they are related to each other:

| Hi Rui, Hope these messages are not effecting/interfering the workflows and most of them are just to notify the activities performed by Skelta engine. Could you please let me know which debug level are you using?

| Hi Rui, Change the debug mode level to “3”, which shows only optimal details regarding workflow execution, like what time the workflow started, to whom is it assigned and what action he/she has taken etc. Skelta recommends debug level “3” for developers. Debug mode level “2” will give complete information regarding what all activities are been performed by Skelta Engine, which is sometimes little more information to the developer. And it will be difficult to identify the details that is required for debugging.

| Hi Rui, Please let me know the following details: 1. Which build are you using? 2. When did you start getting this error? 3. Is it after creating custom activity? Ensure that you’ve only one copy of “actions.xml” in the folder “C:\Program Files\Skelta\BPM.NET 2007\ WorkflowElements\[FolderName]\en-US\Actions\XML”.

| Hi there,
I made some changes to the action.xml file and I left a "copy of actions.xml" in the folder.
With that file removed, I stopped IIs, stopped skelta services, cleaned temp files (asp.net and skelta).
Started IIS and Skelta services and everything is working fine now.
