| Hi, If you want to place workflow in sleep mode and then get an alert you need to use Scheduler activity. From the image i could make out that you are using Set Custom Timer activity. The functionality of Set Custom Timer is different from scheduler. For marking Set Custom Timer activity as completed you need to make use of Control Custom Timer. (Please refer help documents)
Scheduler Activity The Scheduler Activity can be used to schedule a task at a specified time, set on the basis of weekly, daily as well as hourly schedules. The output of the activity can be linked to the next activity. There is an option to set the recurrence count so that the user can restrict the number of recurrences.
Set Custom Timer Activity The Set Custom Timer Activity can be used to schedule the execution of multiple tasks at specified times, set using the corresponding workflow variable. This workflow variable with the format '^[CustomTimerSetActionName]ExecutionDetailsId', is to be defined in the Start activity for each Set Custom Timer activity used in the workflow. The scheduling can be made recurring or non-recurring. The output of the activity can be linked to the next activity. Control Custom Timer Activity The Control Custom Timer Activity can be used to control a Set Custom Timer activity in the workflow dynamically. There can be multiple Control Custom Timer activities controlling a single Set Custom Timer activity at different stages of the workflow process. regards,

| Hi there,
It happened again and now I'm sure I had the correct settings.
Please find attached two images. One with the activity settings and another with BAM.
Best regards,
Rui
