| | Hi, I have successfully installed the BPM.NET product. But my product is not getting activated. I think, my firewall is causing some problem. Can somebody guide on how the product can be activated?

| Hi Joseph, If the product cannot be activated automatically using the Activate Now button, activation can also be done through email. To activate your licence through email, do the following: - If you encounter errors during activation (due to a Firewall or failed Internet connection), the error dialog box shows the Invoke Email option. Click this option. If this dialog is not displayed, for some reason, manually open a new email window and send Skelta BPM.NET 2007 - <Product name>.LicActivation file to activation@skelta.com as an attachment. For example, for the Developer Edition this file would be Skelta BPM.NET 2007 - Developer Edition.LicActivation.
- This opens the new email window of Outlook addressed to the following email ID: activation@skelta.com, with instructions to proceed with the email activation. Attach the <Product name>.Licactivation file installed in the \Bin folder to the email as an attachment.
- Click Send.
- You will receive an immediate response from the Skelta Activation Server. An email with a ZIP file attached is received.
- This ZIP file has an EXE file, Config file which you must extract to the \Bin folder. After extracting run the exe file from this folder.
