I have MS outlook 2003 and I want approval process through email.

To achieve this, I reply the mail by writing "Approve" in the provided square bracket and send it. The approval is still not happening and when I login to skelta workflow, there are still button of Approve/Reject along with textbox which shows that it is not approved yet.

Could you please help me regarding this? I believe some setting needs to be done which I am missing .

Is the Skelta Services running on the server and is the reply mail sent to the email id which is configured for the mail channel (SMTP Notification Settings in Farm configuration)? Also is it throwing any error in the Skelta Logs?

You may contact Skelta Support (Support@Skelta.com), they will be able to help you in checking the resolving the settings.
