I need my users to see the process history information at each step of a process so that the user knows who did what at each step of the process (for example, the user needs to see the comments and what the previous actions where like, document was approved by person x or, action y was done by person z).

Is there any variable that I can use to write the process history information to the body and display it that way? Or is there a variable that shows the previous action's details so that I could write that to a comment variable and write that to the body?

Hi manuelapalma,

Process execution view can be used for this purpose. The Process Execution Views show the workflow execution status graphically. The Execution View window can be opened by double clicking on a top level row in any of the reports. This can also be added as a separate control in an aspx page. The View represents the workflow up to the activity or execution status  where the View was opened.

Regards,

Roni

I tried using the Skelta BAM Report Web Part in Sharepoint, but only he user that iniciates the process has access to it's Execution View, and I need the process's current user to acess this view.

Hi manuelapalma,

Skelta Workflow exists as a context menu item of every list item. This menu item directs user to a page where he can view all the worklow instances alerted for the list item. Each of these workflow instance has a Status link which opens the Process Execution View.

Regards,

Elizabeth
