| Hi,
There is a mapping established between sharepoint provider and activate directory based on the sAMAccountName property in activate directory and Name property of Sharepoint provider. There was an issue which has been rectified if the same user also belongs to System account. Can you please get in touch with support so that they can have a closer look.
