Sanjay Shah, CEO provides the vision, strategic direction and execution for Skelta. He brings to the company over 19 years of management and product development experience under multiple platforms and computing environments. Sanjay has played pivotal roles in steering startups from early growth to expansion. Prior to Skelta, Sanjay served as Managing Director and Head of R & D of iCode’s Indian operations. Sanjay co-founded iCode (now called Everest Software, Inc. (http://www.everestsoftwareinc.com) in 1994 with a vision of developing an integrated ERP software solution for small businesses and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the global market. He helped raise multiple rounds of venture financing to help fund strategic initiatives and fuel the company's growth between 1999 and 2004. Before iCode, Sanjay was a founding partner of Accel, Inc., a $35 million "white box" PC retailer in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Sanjay has also worked as a senior software engineer for Mentor Graphics where he was responsible for the design and development of several software design tools. He has held positions with Tektronix and the Virginia Tech Library Systems (VTLS).

Sanjay sits on the Board of Directors of Sasken Technologies (http://www.sasken.com) and is an active member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), YEO (Young Entrepreneurs' Organization), NASSCOM and several other industry committees and chambers of commerce in India and the US.
An avid BPM practitioner, Sanjay has been instrumental in raising awareness of BPM and its benefits in India and he continues to espouse it at technology and business forums worldwide.

Sanjay holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from IIT Mumbai and a Masters in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.




Paritosh Shah, Executive VP - Strategic Partnerships
has over 14 years of experience in the software industry. Better known as "The Go-getter" Paritosh oversees all sales related activities at Skelta. He plays pivotal role in defining the  ISV and OEM programs and is involved in building strategic partnerships with technology providers such as Microsoft and large enterprise customers.

Paritosh started his career as a senior software engineer at Icode Software, an all in one 'small business management solution company and soon grew on to manage a team of 30 engineers. Wanting to spread his wings, Paritosh set up his own Website design company in the UAE and later moved its development center to Bangalore, India. Paritosh co-founded NetGalactic, an offshore development company that soon was a leading provider of Internet and e-commerce solutions. As its CEO, Paritosh led the company's growth and expanded its global reach. With a vision to run a world-class organization out of India, Paritosh ensured that the company maintained a annual growth rate of 100%, even during the global dot-com bust.  A dynamic individual, Paritosh has played a key role in transforming NetGalactic from a two member startup to a 120 strong team.

In 2004, when NetGalactic transformed to Skelta,  Paritosh decided to focus on the sales function in the newly formed product-centric company and passed on the baton of CEO to Sanjay Shah. 

Paritosh holds a degree in engineering with specialization in Computer Science.


Kalpa Shah, Executive VP
has over 18 years of experience in various industries including retail and software industries. Kalpa spearheads Skelta’s Marketing, UI and HR divisions, with focus on supporting the sales operations, brand strategy, management, and marketing communication functions.

Her past successes include the turning around of an unprofitable chain of video stores in the US into a self-propelling, lucrative brand. Kalpa was one of the first hundred employees to work at AOL where she was the Creative Producer of AOL’s Health and Fitness Channel. She has vast experience of having worked in the Banking, Cosmetics, Title insurance and retail industries.

She moved back to India to co-found NetGalactic. At NetGalactic, Kalpa was responsible for Marketing/Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and its Branding and UI functions. She has played a key role in transforming NetGalactic from a two member startup to a 120 strong team.

Kalpa holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems.


Arvind Agarwal, Head of Engineering and CTO
has over 14 years of experience as a Software Architect. He heads Skelta's product development, and technical support functions and is responsible for software design and architecture, technical strategy, and product evangelization. He manages technical alliances, participates in several technology discussions and has given talks at several technical forums like Microsoft Tech-Ed 2006 etc. A champion of the lasting benefits that BPM can bring especially to small and medium industry, Arvind has been in the forefront of Skelta's efforts to develop BPM automation tools that are accessible, affordable and usable by all types of businesses and users.

Arvind has been a tech-entrepreneur from a very early age. His passion for programming led him to start his own company when he was just eighteen. He developed ‘Premium’ an accounting package that has a user base of over 2500. He also developed a three-tiered, Internet enabled, ERP framework that allows users to rapidly implement enterprise-specific requirements. Arvind joined NetGalactic as CTO in 1997.

Arvind holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.


Johncey George, COO
has nearly 12 years of experience in Information Technology. He heads Skelta's day to day Business Operations and manages the HR functions. Johncey has been with Skelta since its inception and has helped build the organization through its garage shop days. He joined as a Software Engineer and went on to heading the company's Project Management Division for over five years. Johncey has vast experience in Project Management, Delivery and Execution and has played an instrumental role in successful delivery of several key projects. A go-getter by nature, Johncey is popular for his problem resolving skills.

Johncey has a degree in Computer Engineering and a certification in Executive General Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB).

 


Niraj Dube, Vice President – Sales
(USA) heads Skelta's US operations. A techno-marketing professional with over 16 years of experience, Niraj has held leadership positions in leading technology products and services companies.  Niraj previously served as Sales and Business Development Manager at Infosys Technologies Limited in Atlanta, US where he was responsible for sales growth and new account openings across Infosys' portfolio of service offerings.  Prior to Infosys, Niraj served as Sales Director at Bowstreet Inc and as Regional Account Manager at Interworld Corporation.  He has also held various software engineering positions at Symantec Corp, Bitstream Inc, SETA Corporation and Computer Consultants Corporation.

Niraj holds an engineering degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

 

Ramesh Srinivasan, Vice President – Sales leads Skelta's Sales and Marketing operations in the APAC, EMEA and India regions. Ramesh has over 12 years of senior management experience with global technology leaders and has played key roles in account management, product management, channel building, strategy and planning.   Prior to Skelta, Ramesh was the Lead Partner Manager at Microsoft India where he led a team of Partner Managers responsible for channel sales of technology solutions across multiple lines of business.  Ramesh has also held management positions with MCI Worldcom (now Verizon) and Tyco Electronics.  An avid mountaineer, Ramesh was a member of the successful Golden Sparrow expedition to Mt. Everest-Base camp. 

Ramesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
