Delivery Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team which is involved in Skelta and non-Skelta Project consultations, estimations, development, implementation and subsequent maintenance. The team will consist of Technical Leads/Senior Analysts, Senior Software Engineers, QC Engineers
- Coordinates project activities with marketing, sales, engineering, operations, customer support, and client staff to ensure goals and requirements are met.
Manages the P&L of this team and ensure profitability
- Possess in-depth technical and design expertise especially in Microsoft.NET
- Strong understanding of OOP/OOA/OOD
- Conduct technical reviews, technical analysis, and modification of programming systems according to program specifications
- Consults with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources

Technical Lead

Role:
- You will be working closely with the client, examine existing business models and the flows of data in the business
- You discuss your findings with the client, and then design an appropriate improved IT solution
- You will draw up the cost specifications and produce outline designs of new IT systems, specifying the data, files and logical operations the system will perform, and the way data will be viewed by the user
- You will present your design to the client and, once approved, will work closely with the Professional Services team to implement the solution
